Well, I have been hoping to get this running for a long time, but it seems , I have not been able to get it started. Call it some kind of writer's block or what not, either way I am happy to get this going, finally.
For the past three months or so we have been working hard to get the company situated and organized. We have put up signs, posted ads, passed out cards, answered phone calls, made phone calls, attended club meetings and luncheons, yet we still have more to go. We have read books, watched videos, taken advice and we continue to see that we still need to do a lot.
We continue to learn, and the more we learn the better. We have signed up for a seminar this Saturday provided by SLREIA (link on right) which should be very beneficial. There is still a lot to learn, but as the time goes, we become more confident and willing to do more.
Anyway, keep an eye on what we have here. I am excited to start posting the properties we come across. Please come and visit this site often and maybe we can soon work together to make a profit in real estate, or maybe we can find a buyer for your home.
